Responsibilities

家計簿のサービスの成長を加速させ、ユーザー体験を最大化できる方を募集します。市場の変化やユーザーのニーズを的確に捉え、プロダクト戦略の立案から実行、効果測定、データ分析まで一貫して担当いただきます。業務詳細:

• 家計簿のプロダクトビジョン、戦略、ロードマップの策定と実行
• 市場調査、競合分析、ユーザーインタビュー等を通じたユーザーニーズの深い理解
• データ抽出・処理と基本的な統計分析
• データ分析に基づいた課題発見、改善提案、新機能企画
• プロダクトバックログの優先順位付けと管理、要件定義
• 開発チーム（エンジニア、デザイナー）との密接な連携、開発プロセスのマネジメント
• ステークホルダー（事業部門、マーケティング、法務など）との調整と合意形成
• リリース後の効果測定、ユーザーフィードバックの収集と分析、継続的な改善サイクルの推進
• KPI設定と進捗管理、目標達成へのコミットメント

Requirements

必須条件:

• Webサービスまたはモバイルアプリのプロダクトマネジメントまたはプロダクトオーナー経験3年以上
• データに基づいた意思決定能力、複雑な事象を分解し、本質的な課題を見つけ出す論理的思考力
• ユーザー視点に立ち、優れたユーザー体験を追求する姿勢
• 複数のステークホルダーと円滑にコミュニケーションを取り、調整できる能力
• TOEIC(R)テスト800点以上（もしくは同程度の英語力を保有している資格の証明、英語圏の大卒以上の学位証明ができること）
