Responsibilities

Japanese manufacturing company is seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to fill the role of HRBP, Regional HR Strategy. 
The successful candidate will serve as a Strategic HR Business Partner to broad business leaders in Japan.

  • Drive Strategic HR Initiatives
    • Collaborate with the Senior Manager (supervisor) and business unit leaders to plan and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Address Organizational Challenges
    • Analyze issues related to talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement, and propose and implement effective solutions.
  • Participate in HR Projects
    • Actively contribute as a project member in various HR initiatives.
  • Change Management
    • Support organizational transformation through effective change management practices to ensure smooth transitions.

Requirements

【MUST】
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in the HR field
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to independently resolve complex employee relations issues
  • Ability to promote positive behaviors across the organization, enhance motivation, influence stakeholders, and collaborate effectively with other HR teams
  • Proficient in English communication, including participation in meetings and delivering presentations
