Responsibilities

• 現地販売店が販売者車両をお客様に末永くお使いいただくためのアフターセールスオペレーションの指導
• 通常の点検整備から、不具合発生時の技術的な指導および、車両品質改善に寄与する市場品質情報の収集とメーカーへのフィードバック
• お客様にご満足いただけるアフターセールスのオペレーションを提供するための、現場業務改善指導

Requirements

• ビジネスレベルの英語力（TOEIC730点以上）
• 自動車メーカーでのアフターセールス関連業務経験5年以上、または同等の関係業務経験
• 海外市場での現場指導業務を厭わないバイタリティとコミュニケーションスキル
