Responsibilities

• 本社の事業部門や海外子会社のクロスボーダー取引に関する税務上の課題対応
• 移転価格対応（BAPA及びMAP含む）、海外子会社に対する税務面でのサポート
• 製品導入、製品導出、パートナーシップなどの案件に関する税務面でのサポート
• 本社税務部門としての税務ポリシー策定及び税務ガバナンス強化業務
• pillar 2 対応

Requirements

必須要件:以下いずれかのご経験・スキル

• 公認会計士(あるいは論文式試験合格者)の方
• 税理士（あるいは科目合格者）の方
• 税務の実務経験　5年以上
  • ビジネスレベルの英語力（メールが中心、リモートミーティング対応は月0-2回程度、TOEIC730点程度）習得中といったポテンシャルでも可

希望要件:

• ビジネス会話ができる英語力（英語ミーティングにてファシリテートができる）
• 法人税含む国内税務の実務経験
• M&Aや組織再編に係る実務経験
