Responsibilities

同社の総務部長（候補）として総務部門の統括およびマネジメント業務に従事いただきます。

• 総務業務全般の統括、およびマネジメント
• 総務部門メンバーの管理
• 保険、固定資産管理、ファシリティ業務（オフイスの設備・備品等）
• 会議・社内イベントの企画、主催、運営
• その他庶務業務
• 社内調整、社内外の問合せ対応、など

Requirements

必須条件:

• 総務業務の実務経験（5年以上）
• 5名以上のマネジメント経験（3年以上）
• プレイイングマネージャーとしての経験がある方
• 基礎的な英語力（日常会話程度）

歓迎条件:

• 手順や指針が整備されていない環境での実務経験
• 他部門や外部との間の複雑な調整やコミュニケーションの経験
