Responsibilities

• 投資家・アナリスト・株主との関係構築および定期的な情報発信
• 決算説明資料、IRプレゼンテーション、プレスリリースの企画・作成
• 経営陣と連携し、経営戦略や事業進捗を投資家向けに翻訳（ストーリーテリング）
• 国内外ロードショー、カンファレンス、1on1ミーティングの企画・実施
• 海外投資家向けIR（英語での資料作成・会話対応） ※応相談
• ESG/サステナビリティに関する開示戦略の企画・推進
• 株主構成や投資家動向の分析・レポーティング

Requirements

必須条件:

• IR、経営企画、財務経理、または証券会社・投資銀行・アセットマネジメントでの経験
• 財務諸表・KPIを理解し、投資家に説明できる能力
• 経営層や外部ステークホルダーと円滑にコミュニケーションできるスキル
• 日本語：ビジネスレベル
• ビジネスレベルの英語力（口頭・文書）　※応相談
