Responsibilities
  • 労働組合との交渉および従業員向けコミュニケーション
  • 就業規則・社内ルールの改定(グローバルポリシー変更対応含む)
  • 従業員エンゲージメント施策の企画・実行
  • 訴訟や外部ユニオンへの訴えへの対応
  • 各工場での案件対応(総務と連携、困難なケースにはヘルプ対応)
Requirements
必須条件:
  • 企業における労務管理、労働組合・従業員代表との交渉経験
  • 英語力:ビジネスレベル(会議・資料作成・メール対応が可能な方)
歓迎条件:
  • 労働問題に関する訴訟について企業側としての対応経験
