We are a company that specializes in supervising ship construction and providing consulting services. As a wholly-owned subsidiary of a major trading company, our business scope is extensive. We engage in ship management, construction supervision, chartering and operation of ships, brokerage of used ships, sales and export/import of marine equipment to shipyards, as well as accounting and business management for overseas Special Purpose Companies (SPCs) related to ship ownership and operation. With expertise spanning various aspects of the maritime industry, including specialized management and operation by our in-house staff and collaboration with Mitsui & Co., Ltd., we offer a wide range of services. Responsibilities

• 舶用機器販売事業（国内外のメーカー・造船所向け）の他、環境対応製品等、舶用機器を起点とした新規プロジェクトを御担当いただきます。
• 舶用機器営業

-エンジン、発電機、プロペラ、BWMS、SOxスクラバー等の幅広い舶用機器の営業。優れた技術を持つ国内外のメーカーの製品を、国内外の造船所、船主、海運会社に対して販売

• 環境対応舶用機器プロジェクト

-バラスト水処理装置、排気ガス洗浄装置の販売、脱炭素社会の実現に向け新たな低燃費技術を取り入れた機器プロジェクト

• 舶用機器を起点とした各種プロジェクト

-機器メーカーとのネットワークを活かし、同社の他本部（技術、用船、運航等）と連携したプロジェクト

Requirements

• 機械・プラントを取り扱う営業経験5年以上または船舶・造船業界での営業経験5年以上
• 英語での商談・契約交渉が可能（ビジネスレベルの英語力／目安：TOEIC(R)テスト：700点以上、業務で英語でのやり取りが有ります）
• マネジメント経験(人数不問)
• 周囲と円滑にコミュニケーションを取り、チームを巻き込んで動ける方
• 真摯・誠実に業務に取り組み、責任感を持ってチームを支えられる方
• 変化や課題に前向きに取り組み、自ら考え行動できる方
• 新しいことに積極的に挑戦し、成長意欲を持ち続けられる方
• 柔軟な対応力と粘り強さを持ち、状況に応じた判断と対応ができる方
