Responsibilities

• 新製品市場投入のためのハードウェア開発と、既存製品の販売継続のために必要となる、ハードウェアに関連する課題解決を行なっていただきます。
• 分析化学に関する知識や顧客アプリケーションに関する幅広い知識を用い、性能改善、機能向上、顧客の使い勝の向上など、製品価値向上のための提案、実現を行なっていただきます。
• 要求仕様から開発プランを作成・調査・評価等を行い、目標とする性能・信頼性等を達成出来ることを実証することに責任をもっていただきます。
• 技術部内の他チームおよび他部署とも密に連携し、新製品の試作、評価、トレーニング、生産を円滑に進められるようにしていただきます。
• 技術的情報の発行、論文の発行や学会等での発表も行っていただきます。
• 既存製品における市場トラブル発生に際して、営業、サポートチームと連携して原因究明と解決を図り、修正対応や新規設計対応をタイムリーに行なっていただきます。
• 営業やサービス等、フィールド側組織からの質問への回答や情報提供などを通じて、フィールド側の技術的知識レベルを強化し、ビジネスの拡大と顧客満足度の向上にも貢献していただきます。
• 初級から中級レベルのハードウェアエンジニアに対するメンタリングと指導、育成を行なっていただきます。

Requirements

必須条件:

• 大学化学系学部卒業、もしくはそれと同等レベルの知識・経験
• 分析装置の開発、または分析装置を用いた顧客向けアプリケーション開発の実務経験が8年以上あること。

以下の分野に関する知識・経験を有していること

• ICP-MSの原理、構成および分析ワークフローについて
• 分析化学、特に元素分析および質量分析について
