Responsibilities

〇主な業務内容本ポジションでは経理部門全体の業務の効率化・最適化を推進して頂きます。

• 業務の標準化や自動化
• OCRや生成AIといった最先端テクノロジーや各種DXツールの導入
• BPO（ビジネス・プロセス・アウトソーシング）ベンダーとの連携・協働
• IT部門との連携

社内ではIT部門との協働も活発で、業務自動化やDXの推進にも関与いただける環境です。また、部門を越えたプロジェクトや社内ローテーション、昇進プログラムなど、個々のキャリアに応じた成長の機会が用意されています。

Requirements

●必要業務経験 〇応募要件（必須）

• 経理業務（AP／ARなど）の実務経験（目安：5年以上）
• 業務プロセス改善の実務経験または強い関心
• BPO業務の運用または外部ベンダーとの協業経験
• 会計システムまたは業務プロセスに関する改善・導入経験

〇歓迎要件

• Shared ServicesまたはBPO業務の立ち上げ・移管・改善経験
• 経理関連システムに関する理解・改善提案経験
• 英語での基本的なコミュニケーションスキル
• 改善活動やプロジェクト推進に積極的に関わりたい方
