Responsibilities

• 海外営業部門社員向け研修プログラムの企画・設計・運営
• 新入社員研修（海外営業部門配属者向け）
• 中堅社員のスキルアップ研修（営業力強化、異文化理解、交渉スキル等）
• グローバル人材育成に関する施策の立案・実行
• 外部研修機関やコンサルタントとの協業・折衝
• 海外グループ会社の研修担当者との連携・情報共有
• 教育効果の測定・分析および改善策の提案

Requirements

• グローバル企業における社員研修の企画・運営の中核メンバーとしての業務経験者
• 自動車業界における海外営業組織においてマネジメントもしくは研修講師等の立場で体系的な研修・指導を行った経験を持つメンバー
• 海外営業の各階層に対し、必要スキルの定義、研修プログラムの企画、研修運営が可能なレベルの専門知識・スキル
• 複雑な物事を全体視点で捉え、解決策を立案する論理的思考力
• 口頭及び文書での優れたコミュニケーション力
• 基本的なPCスキル
• TOEIC(R)600点以上目安
