Responsibilities

人事分野におけるコーポレート機能を担う部門で採用、教育、人事制度、組織開発、グループベースでのコンプライアンス・ガバナンスなどの人事業務を担当していただきます。国内外に商社・製造関連企業を持ち、経営に近いところでグループ全体を俯瞰して様々な事業体を支えていただくことにより、幅広く知識や実力をつけることができます。ご自身の専門性や知識をアウトプットしていただきご活躍いただけます。業務詳細:グループ（グローバルベースで約2,500名、子会社数30社）での人事分野におけるコーポレート機能を担う部門で採用、教育、人事制度、組織開発、グループベースでのコンプライアンス・ガバナンスなどの人事業務を担当していただきます。

• 採用業務、研修業務、給与システム、異動業務、組織開発における人事業務全体のマネジメント
• 国内外関係者会社の人事ガバナンスの課題設定と対策立案
• 人財部担当課内のメンバー育成、成長支援
• 中長期の人財部戦略立案

Requirements

必須要件:

• 人事制度立案、運用経験をお持ちの方
• 経営幹部、従業員とのコミュニケーションスキル

※マネジメント経験不問！歓迎条件:

• 人事総務部門でのマネジメント経験
• 英語力：TOEIC600点程度であれば尚可
