Responsibilities

• カテゴリー戦略：担当製品群の短期および中長期戦略の策定・実施。シニアマネジメントへの発表(英語、日本語)
• 製品開発：市場・競合・顧客ニーズの分析をもとに、生産サプライヤーと連携しながら、新製品開発や改良を実施
• プロジェクトマネジメント：各製品プロジェクト計画・スケジュール管理（関連部署進捗を見ながら全体をマネジメント）
• データ分析：販売実績や競合他社の動向を収集・分析し、戦略策定・製品開発に活かす
• プロモーション計画：営業部門と連携し販売戦略に基づいたプロモーションを計画・実施、ツールの作成、製品トレーニングの計画・実施
• 生産サプライヤーマネジメント：海外サプライヤーの生産状況の管理

Requirements

必須条件：

• 消費財・医療機器・医療材料などを扱う事業会社でのマーケティング経験5年以上
• 新製品の導入経験(ビジネスケースの作成、プロジェクトマネジメント、製品トレーニング実施)
• 海外サプライヤーより製品導入・価格や条件交渉の経験3年以上
• 海外拠点との英語での就業経験5年以上(海外とビジネスコミュニケーションが出来る英語スキル)
• PCスキル中級(Excel Pivot,Vlookup,Sum関数,PPT)
• プロモーションの計画・実施の経験3年以上
