Responsibilities

グループ全体の品質戦略と品質ガバナンスの企画と推進役を担い、グループ会社の品質活動の目指すべき姿を定義しつつ、必要な取り組みを企画し実行、推進していく。具体的には、品質基準の遵守支援、品質KPIのモニタリング、グローバル人財ネットワークの構築、品質リスク管理の強化を担当する。

品質ガバナンスの推進：グループの目指すべき品質の定義や共通言語化をし、グループ全体に浸透させる。また必要に応じてグローバル品質戦略を策定し、実行、推進する。

品質KPIのモニタリングと支援：品質KPIの策定・分析を通じてグループ全体の品質価値向上を図り、経営層や事業部門と連携しながら品質改善の意思決定を支援する。

グローバル品質ネットワークの構築：グローバル拠点との情報共有・意識向上できる体制を構築し、ネットワークを通じたベストプラクティスの共有や問題解決を推進。

品質リスクマネジメント：品質リスクの可視化と予防的対応策の提案。リスク管理業務を推進。コンプライアンス問題の未然防止活動。

品質文化の醸成：グループ会社の基盤となる品質文化を醸成し、各拠点が主体的に品質を向上させる仕組みを構築する。

Requirements

必須条件：

• 品質マネジメントシステムの構築・運用経験
• 英語力（目安TOEIC（R）テスト600点以上）

歓迎条件：

• 医療機器業界経験
• 最終製品を扱う企業での経験
• 英語力（会話できるレベル）
