Company overview

We are a Japan-based startup engaged in the space-related business. Our main business is providing solutions utilizing small satellite technology, and we also have a wide range of operations including satellite design, manufacturing, launch, and operation. By deploying satellite solutions necessary for conducting business in space, we aim to build new social infrastructure and ecosystems. We are an extremely unique organization globally in the sense that we can seamlessly handle everything from satellite development to launch and data utilization in-house.

Responsibilities

• ERP、PLM、PDM、MES、QMS の導入・運用管理
• 社内業務分析、業務フロー設計、ベンダーとの要件定義および折衝
• RFP作成、導入後のテスト、マニュアル作成（日本語・英語）およびユーザートレーニング
• 通常運用、サポートデスク対応、改善計画・実装
• 社内ツール（Jira, GitHub, Slack, Google Workspace等）との連携運用
• 製造現場・技術部門との橋渡し役としての技術的支援

Requirements

必須条件:

• 製造業における業務知識（特に受注生産型または少量量産型）
• 業務システム導入経験（ERP／PLM／PDM いずれか）、または1年以上の運用改善経験
• 社内業務分析および業務改善経験
• 要件定義、受入テスト、マニュアル整備等の実務経験
• ベンダーマネジメント経験
• 複数の部署・役職をまたぐ業務調整力
• 英文ドキュメントの読解力・英文メッセージ、メール対応に抵抗がない方（翻訳ツール使用可能）
