Responsibilities

主な業務内容:

• ユーザー分析に基づくキャンペーン戦略の策定および企画立案
• キャンペーン効果の予測と実績管理
• キャンペーンの費用対効果のモニタリング
• クリエイティブディレクション（広告コピー、デザイン、動画コンテンツなどのクリエイティブ制作において、コンセプトに基づいたディレクション）
• 広告出稿や運用型広告（Googleディスプレイ、Meta広告）の運用、導線プランの策定
• 施策実行に向けた社内外の関係者のリード
• 法務・コンプライアンス確認（景品表示法や関連法規や社内規定を遵守したプロモーションであるかの確認）

Requirements

必須要件:以下のいずれかの経験をお持ちの方

• マーケティング企画の立案、提案、実行経験
• 事実やデータに基づき、実現可能なアイデアを立案、実行した経験
• 社内外のステークホルダーを巻き込み、プロジェクトを成功に導いた経験

歓迎条件:

• 基本的な定量分析スキル（データの読み解き、傾向把握、施策の効果測定など）
• SQLを利用したデータ抽出・集計経験
• クリエイティブのコンセプト設計およびディレクション経験
