Responsibilities

• デジタルマーケティング・プロモーション領域の課題やニーズの把握、および解決方法の提案
• 事業部が定めるKGI/KPI達成へのPDCA推進支援
• SNSやオウンドメディアを活用したデジタルコミュニケーション戦略立案／運用(支援)
• デジタルマーケティング・プロモーションにおけるデータ分析、仮説検証
• デジタルマーケティング・プロモーションの情報収集とナレッジ共有
• 自組織のメンバー育成／リテラシー向上支援
• 書籍の販促を目的とした広告施策の企画・運用（デジタル広告・Amazon広告など）

Requirements

• 総合広告代理店やWeb広告代理店等にてデジタルマーケティング・プロモーション戦略立案・実行に携わってきた経験または事業会社におけるマーケティング・プロモーション戦略立案・実行の経験
• マーケティング・プロモーションに関わるデータ分析やそれらを活用した施策の改善経験
• 企画・運用経験（SNS、オウンドメディア、WEB広告、動画施策、メルマガ、SEO等）
• 社外協働経験（ディレクター、エンジニア等）
• スプレッドシートやスライドを活用した数値分析・プレゼンテーションスキル
• 管理職あるいは管理職を補佐する立場として人材の育成やマネージメントに主体的に関わったことがある方
• デジタルマーケティング・プロモーション領域の業務を自走しながら進行・推進できる方
• 社内外の関係者を巻き込みながら、成果向上に向けてプロジェクトを円滑に推進できる方
