Responsibilities

• 4～6名のプロジェクトエンジニアのマネジメントを担当いただきます
• 小規模から大規模のプロジェクトにおいて、コスト効率よく、契約仕様、品質基準、安全要件に従って業務を遂行することが求められます

Requirements

必須条件：

• 日本語：ネイティブレベル
• 英語：
  • 1）日常的にメールでのやりとりやチームメンバーとのコミュニケーションに英語を使用
  • 2）海外工場への出張もあるため日常会話レベルの英語力を求める
• スイッチギア、変圧器、保護リレーなどの電気製品を扱った経験
• 低・中電圧のスイッチギアのプロジェクト経験
• 電気工学の技術的素養
• 10年以上の電気エンジニアリング経験と、少なくとも3年の人的管理経験
• 日本の電気法規（JIS規格）の知識
