Responsibilities

ERP刷新プロジェクトに参画し、主にファイナンス分野をサポートするPMOとして、ITおよびビジネス部門メンバーとともにERPグローバルテンプレートの、海外子会社を含む同社グループへの導入活動を推進する

Requirements

必須要件:

• ERPパッケージの導入経験および保守運用経験
• 制度会計、管理会計、税務などのファイナンス分野における勤務経験
• 海外の関係会社・協力会社等との英語による協業経験
• ERPおよび会計・税務分野に関する知識
• PMBOK等プロジェクトマネジメントの基本知識

歓迎要件:

• ステークホルダーとの調整や交渉などを円滑に行えるコミュニケーション能力およびファシリテーション能力（英語を含む）
