• 新卒採用／キャリア採用における採用活動の舶用機械分野内取りまとめ
• 三菱重工HR部門との採用活動連携
• 舶用機械分野内社員の人材育成施策計画・実行
• 各種社員エンゲージメント向上施策の企画・実行

Requirements

必須条件：

• 何らかのプレゼンテーションや社内外説明の対応等の業務経験
• コーポレート・営業いずれかのご経験
