Responsibilities

• 組織横断でのプロジェクト推進・運営
• 分析から改善策の企画立案、さらには実行までをリードいただきます。
• 運用改善、FAQやUIの改善企画
• パートナー企業との連携、折衝の窓口

＜プロジェクト例＞

• 顧客の与信審査に関わるフローの改善
• モバイルに関わる料金収納に関する請求フローの構築。

Requirements

必須条件:

• 業務企画・効率化・改善等のご経験をお持ちの方

• 社内外含めての柔軟なコミュニケーション力、折衝力、交渉力

歓迎条件:

• プロジェクトマネジメントのご経験
• 通信業界やクレジットカード業界／Webサービスでの実務経験
• モバイル業界／決済システムや会計／データベースやSQLに関する知識・経験
