Responsibilities

スペアパーツ市場管理:

• 市場ニーズと車両台数に基づき、地域のスペアパーツポートフォリオを定義・管理
• 部品の性能、ライフサイクル、陳腐化を監視し、段階的な廃止や代替、特別キャンペーンなどの対応策を実施
• グローバル製品チームと連携し、新部品の導入と品揃えの最適化を推進
• 部品カタログおよびシステムのデータ精度を維持し、注文処理と顧客セルフサービスの効率化を支援
• 収益拡大と市場浸透を目指し、地域戦略を策定・実行
• 商品のパフォーマンス、顧客の購買行動、市場動向を分析し、機会とリスクを特定
• 支援ツール、トレーニング、業績評価を通じて、販売代理店および主要顧客をサポート

Requirements

必須条件:

• 様々なカスタマーサービスおよび部品関連職種において、商用車事業における管理職を含む15年以上の実務経験（自動車メーカーでの勤務が望ましい）
• 卸売・小売レベルの部品物流に関する深い知識
• 同社製品、技術、カスタマーサービスおよび部品業務に関する知識
• サプライチェーンマネジメントに関する知識
• 優れたリーダーシップ、ステークホルダーマネジメント、チーム開発能力
