Responsibilities

事業の成長を促進するため、事業課題の特定と戦略の策定、実行をリードいただきます。多様な部門と連携しながら、付加価値の高い戦略を共に創出します。主な取組内容:

事業戦略の策定: 経営メンバーやビジネスユニット内の各部門、米国事業本部、本社と連携し、中長期の事業の成長を実現するための大胆な戦略策定を構築する。

ビジネスユニット全体・部門横断プロジェクトの企画・推進: 策定した戦略に基づき、ビジネスユニット全体・部門横断プロジェクトを企画し、実行支援する体制を確立し、成果を上げるための取り組みを進める。

ビジネスユニットの全体集会（All Hands Meeting）などの社内外コミュニケーション等の事業推進活動：ビジネスユニット All Hands Meetingの運営、社外/社内のお客様対応、広報、コミュニケーションパーティーの企画など、多彩な事業推進活動を通じて、ビジネスユニットの魅力を発信し、関係者との連携を強化する。

Requirements

必須条件:

• 複数部門や社外パートナーからなるプロジェクトの企画・推進の経験をお持ちの方

※業界未経験歓迎／職種未経験歓迎（バックグラウンドや職種経験は不問です）
