We offer a wide range of services to the Japanese tourism industry. We support the lodging industry, organize and manage optional tours, kimono rentals, tourism consulting services, and community and media management. We also specialize in the tourism and inbound markets, actively promoting Japanese culture and tourism resources both domestically and internationally. We strive to provide new tourism experiences and improve the attractiveness of tourist destinations.

Responsibilities

• 事業推進のための戦略策定とその実行による売上利益の拡大
• 国内／海外（主に欧米豪）の取引先との関係性構築、受注促進
• チームメンバーのマネジメント
• 各プロジェクトのマネジメント
• 旅行博などでの新たなクライアント開拓

Requirements

必須条件:

• 海外クライアントとの関係構築の経験（3年以上）
• チームをマネジメントして売上利益を拡大させた経験
• ビジネス会話レベルの英語力（TOEIC(R)テスト800以上）
• ITツール（Google系・Office系など）の利用経験

歓迎条件:

• 旅行会社での法人営業経験
• インバウンド事業会社での勤務経験
