Responsibilities

• 採用～入社までの採用企画と実行
• 中途もしくは、新卒採用（年間数十～300名程度）
• 協力業者との協業プロジェクト企画、管理、運用
• 社内異動、外部採用（ダイレクトソーシング、直接応募、媒体応募、人材紹介会社、社員紹介等）
• 中途、新卒ともに、SNS活用、学校訪問等のPR業務
• その他、採用に関する付帯業務

Requirements

必須条件：

• 自社の採用業務（新卒、中途いずれかでもOK）
• 採用戦略、採用企画、採用実務までおこなってきた方
• ビジネスレベルの英語力（読み書き会話）

歓迎要件：

• 半導体/半導体製造装置業界でのご経験
