Responsibilities

• 店舗の運営を最適化かつ効率的に管理
• 店舗スタッフとの連携により、顧客ニーズと店舗要件を把握、運営
• イベントや新商品発売の運営計画策定
• マーケティングプロモーション、VMDガイドライン、イベント、および店舗でのマーケティング
• 販売計画を鑑みた在庫状況の最適化、管理
• 店舗情報管理システムの管理と制御
• 人材開発、管理

Requirements

必須条件：

• ファッション・アパレル領域におけるリテールオペレーション、エリアマネージャー、スーパーバイザーのいずれかのご経験をお持ちの方
• ※目安：５年以上
• ビジネスレベルの英語力
• 基礎的なPCスキル

歓迎条件：

• アロケーターのご経験
• 店長経験
