As a Project Manager for IoT and Cloud-based digital transformation initiatives, you will lead largescale, cutting-edge projects for one of the world's leading manufacturing companies. 
In this role, you will oversee the planning and execution of IoT cloud platform development, manage cross-functional and bilingual teams, and collaborate directly with clients to deliver innovative solutions that drive operational excellence and business growth.

About the Department：
We provide end-to-end IT and IoT solutions to help customers achieve digital transformation in engineering and manufacturing.

About the Project：

• Manufacturing digital transformation (DX)
• Building IoT platforms for factories, plants, and industrial products
• Optimizing factory operations and enabling autonomy using sensor data and AI

Advantages of the Position：

Responsibilities：

• Lead project management for an IoT cloud development project for a globally operating Japanese client.
• Drive project planning and progress control, and facilitate collaboration between the client and development teams.
• Facilitate collaboration during requirements definition, alignment on technical approaches, and scheduled release of cloud components.
• Work across culturally and technically diverse teams in both Japanese and English environments.
• Understand customer business processes and challenges to design and execute effective digital transformation strategies that deliver tangible business value.

Requirements

■必須要件：

• Strong leadership and collaboration with development teams based on cloud architectural best practices
• Experience in creating and maintaining documentation in coordination with engineering teams
• In-depth knowledge of project management fundamentals including lifecycle, estimation, and quality processes
• Hands-on experience managing projects using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, including project kick-off and scheduling
• In-depth understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and agile methodologies
• Experience managing timelines, quality metrics, defect rates, cost of quality, schedule/effort variance, and stakeholder/risk governance
• Japanese: Fluent (able to lead discussions and create documentation)
• English: Business level (able to work with global teams and write documentation)

■歓迎要件：

• PMP certification
• Industry experience in manufacturing (e.g., Automotive, Industrial Machinery, Aerospace, Pharma, Oil & Gas)
• Technical knowledge and/or experience with: core Azure services including Compute (VMs, Containers),
• Storage (Blobs, Disks), Networking (VNets, Load Balancers), and Identity (Azure AD)
• Experience designing Azure cloud architecture across network, security, identity, compute, storage, and data domains
• Experience leveraging Azure data services such as Azure SQL Database, Data Lake, Synapse Analytics, Databricks, etc.
