Responsibilities

• 福利厚生施設の管理運営、及び委託事業者の業務管理
• 福利厚生施設に関する課題の特定と解決策の実行
• 利用者ニーズに基づいた福利厚生施設の企画立案
• 社内イベントの企画・実施に向けた関係展開との調整
• Excelを使った利用者数集計、データ分析
• 予算管理
• ユーザーからのフィードバック収集、および一次対応

Requirements

必須条件：

• プロジェクトマネジメントの経験
• 予算、経費処理経験
• TOEIC 800点以上もしくは同程度の英語力

歓迎要件：

• 契約業務のご経験
• 総務および福利厚生施設の管理運営経験
