We are a leading Japanese manufacturer and distributor of medical devices and related products. We have a particularly strong reputation in the field of medical devices, such as catheters and artificial heart-lung machines, and we are expanding our business widely both domestically and internationally. We are also expanding into the fields of pharmaceuticals and blood systems, providing comprehensive medical solutions. We focus on innovation and quality control, and develop our products with patient safety and healthcare professionals' convenience in mind. Responsibilities

• 事業ポートフォリオに対する経営幹部メンバーのコンセンサス形成
• 各事業の責任者・戦略担当者とのコミュニケーション（海外メンバーを含む）
• 経営報告に必要な成果物のアウトライン/フォーマットの設計と展開（成果物の言語は基本的に英語）
• 経営資源の配分に関するガイドライン/ルールの作成

Requirements

必須要件：

• 企業の経営テーマ（役員以上の関与、複数部門との連携、中長期目標の推進など）において中核的な役割を担った経験
• ビジネスファイナンスに関する基礎理解
• ビジネスレベルの英語力（TOEIC850点相当以上）
• 部下のマネジメント経験（人数は問いません）
