Responsibilities

サステナビリティに関する会議体の企画・運営、各種施策のグループ内への展開の推進役を担っていただきます。又、近年日本を含む各国におけるサステナビリティ開示基準の整備が進むなど、サステナビリティに関する規制対応の必要性が増しており、コーポレートスタッフとして、グループ・グローバルでの対応をリードし、各事業体における取組みの支援等にも携わっていただきます。【職務詳細】

• サステナビリティ戦略立案/見直しにおける企画業務
• サステナビリティ目標/KPIの企画・モニタリングの取り纏め、関連する会議体の運営
• サステナビリティに関する各種取組み(社内外コミュニケーション施策/マテリアリティ分析/指標策定等)の企画
• 各国におけるサステナビリティ開示基準や規制のモニタリング、対応に向けた取組みの企画・対応推進
• サステナビリティに関するガバナンス・プロセス・推進体制の企画・運用

Requirements

必須条件:

• 戦略や企画などの立案、及びその取り纏めのご経験がある方(企画、PM、コンサル等)
• ビジネスレベルの英語力(会議対応、資料作成、メール等で日常的に使用)
• 各種説明資料・議論のためのコンテンツ作成スキル

• グローバルチームでのご経験
