Company overview

We are a major oil exploration and production company. We develop, produce, transport, and sell oil and natural gas resources in Japan and abroad. We have been engaged in the extraction of oil and gas fields in the areas of Hokkaido, Akita, Yamagata, and Niigata prefectures, and have converted from a public to a private sector company. We are also engaged in research and development of GTL fuel, methane hydrate, and oil sands, and possess some of Japan's leading pipeline transportation technologies. Furthermore, we are actively pursuing overseas expansion, acquiring interests in the Garraf oil field in Iraq and shale gas in Canada.

Responsibilities

間接金融及び直接金融（CP、社債等）による資金調達、それに際しての金融機関との調整・折衝をメインでご担当いただきます。現在同社ではカーボンニュートラルの取組として、長年培ってきたE&Pの技術を活用したCCS技術（工場や発電所などで排出されるCO2を回収して地中に圧入し安定的に貯留する技術）の実用化・事業化に向けて取り組みを推進しています。また、海外におけるE&P事業の拡大も目指しています。こうした資金需要に対して企画立案～実行まで裁量をもって行動できるやりがいのある業務です。その他、以下の業務を想定しています。

• 信用格付会社対応
• 資金決済（出納業務、残高管理等）
• 資金管理（短期資金計画及び実績の作成等）
• 外為業務（外国送金、為替予約などの外貨エクスポージャー管理）
• 資金運用
• 有価証券管理　等

Requirements

必須条件:

• 事業会社等において3年以上財務業務を経験している方もしくは金融機関において事業会社への融資ないしは債券引受業務等を3年以上経験している方
• 英語力TOEIC 700点以上（実用レベル）

歓迎条件:

• 予算、決算、連結決算・開示、業績分析、税務等に関する実務経験のある方

（将来的に経理部門で財務以外の上記業務を担当していただく可能性もあるため）

• 日商簿記2級以上
• エネルギー業界への興味・関心
