Responsibilities

同社の未来を担う高機能ポリマー開発部門の責任者として、研究開発と経営の橋渡し役をお任せします。取締役と技術開発チームの中間に立ち、現場の声を吸い上げながら、経営層への提案・戦略立案を行っていただきます。

• 高機能ポリマー製品の研究開発・製品化推進 
• 顧客ニーズに基づいた製品開発の牽引  
• 技術開発部門のマネジメント（人材育成・組織強化）
• 現場との連携による課題解決と技術革新の推進
• 経営層との連携による中長期開発戦略の立案・実行

Requirements

必須条件:

• 転勤可能な方
• 高分子材料の開発経験（混合～成型プロセスまでの一連の知識・実務経験）
• 開発部門におけるマネジメント経験（チームリーダー・部門長など）
