Responsibilities

以下の業務を担当いただきます：

• 洋上風力発電所におけるプラント設備（電気、機械、土木、海洋構造物等）の計画・設計・調達・施工・試運転に関する技術統括
• 各プラント設備（変電設備、ケーブル、基礎構造物、浮体、係留システム等）の設計仕様書・技術要求事項の作成および評価
• サプライヤー、EPC業者、施工業者との技術協議、技術審査、設計レビュー、工場検査・現地検査の実施
• プロジェクトマネジメント（進捗管理、コスト管理、品質管理、安全管理）支援
• 国内外の法規制・認証基準（電気事業法、港湾法、DNV、ABS等）に基づく適合性確認・対応
• 発電所全体の信頼性向上・リスクアセスメント・トラブルシューティング対応
• 試運転・引渡し・O&Mフェーズにおける技術支援

Requirements

必須条件:

• 洋上風力発電プロジェクトにおける入札時における発電設備全体の技術統括または主要設備（変電設備、海底ケーブル、基礎・浮体構造、係留システム等）の統括経験（入札経験があることが望ましい）
• 発電所、大規模変電所、洋上構造物等の大規模プラントプロジェクトでのエンジニアリング／プロジェクトマネジメント経験（10年以上が望ましい）
• 国内外EPC業者、認証機関、送配電事業者との技術交渉・調整経験、もしくは送配電事業経験
• 風力発電事業、再生可能エネルギー事業への熱意
