In particular, we develop content that introduces in detail the features and usage of our products and motivates consumers to purchase them. We offer a wide variety of brands and products, and are constantly introducing new ideas and trends. We are also developing an online shopping platform that leverages technology to enhance convenience and the user experience.

Responsibilities

• 会計決算（40％）
• 四半期／年次報告（法定およびSOX要件を含む）（20％）
• 方針および手順（15％）
• 人材管理／トレーニング（10％）

※その他、コーポレートファイナンスディレクターから指示されたその他の職務およびプロジェクトを担当。具体的には:

• 売上返品、在庫再評価、繰延税金資産など、さまざまな引当金や未払金を含む多くの高度な分析を準備。
• 6‐10名の会計／税務スタッフ（いくつかの監督者を含む）の業務を管理および指導。会計業務を行う際の指導および支援を提供。会計／税務業務手順およびSOXの遵守を確実にするために作業をレビュー。スタッフのスキルを訓練および育成し、業績を評価し、給与の引き上げを推奨。変化するビジネスニーズに対応するために人員配置の変更を提案。
• 米国および他国のコーポレートファイナンスと協力し、さまざまな財務および会計の問題についてコミュニケーションを取り、解決策を決定。

Requirements

• 10年以上の会計および税務部門での経験
• US GAAP、日本会計基準（Japan GAAP）、SOX、および日本の税法に関する知識
• SAPの総勘定元帳（FI／CO）に精通していること
• 5名以上のスタッフ管理経験が3年以上あること
• 英語および日本語での文章作成および会話でのコミュニケーション能力
• 財務または会計の学士号

• 米国公認会計士（US CPA）資格をお持ちの方
