Responsibilities

• Japan/ASEANリージョンにおける自動車業界向け電子部品製造、主にコネクターのAssembly技術及びCable Assembly製造技術に関連する組み立て設備とその周辺機器の開発業務全般。
• 関連部門と連携しながら最適な製造工程を提案し、生産開始までの生産工程開発業務全般。

業務詳細:

• 新製品開発案件で、コネクターの組み立て設備及び周辺機器、またはCable Assemblyの組み立て設備の提案、見積り
• コネクターまたはCable assembly組み立て設備、周辺機器の新規立ち上げ及び工場への設置
• 顧客開発イベント用のサンプル作成及び品質確認
• 既存製品に対するコスト低減活動
• 将来に対するコネクターまたはCable Assembly技術の立案、先行開発
• 海外拠点との技術交流

Requirements

• 最終製品の組み立て、検査工程の仕様作成、開発業務の経験（3年以上）
• 社内、社外のコスト（材料単価、一つの単価）及び投資（金型の価格、選定）分析が出来る方（海外とのやり取りの経験をお持ちなら尚可※海外からの見積／ソフト指定なし）
• サプライヤー管理の経験
• FA設計立ち上げ経験（機械or電気）
• 3D CAD使用経験　Creoを使えれば尚可
• PCスキル：Microsoft Office（EXCEL、Word、Power Point）
• 社内外との折衝/交渉や調整でのコミュニケーションに自信のある方
• 社内関係部門を巻き込み、協調性をもって積極的にプロジェクト推進ができる方 （明るさ、活発さ、粘り強さ、協調性）
