Responsibilities

◇グループ総務統括部の朝会運営グループスタッフとして、社内会議や褒賞制度、イベント企画・運営をご担当いただきます。◇組織強化のための採用となります。
■業務内容

• 全社会議の運営
• 褒賞制度の管理・運営
• 社内イベントの企画・運営
• 国内外の社内組織との連携
• 外部業者とのイベント運営や制作物調整
• 英語議事録作成

■働く環境

• 人員：3名（マネージャーを除く）
• 新卒と比べ中途採用でご入社された方が多い部署です。中途入社の方の出身業界も違い、様々なバックグラウンドを持つ方が活躍しております。

Requirements

●必要業務経験 ＜第二新卒歓迎◎業界未経験歓迎！職種未経験歓迎！＞■必須条件：

• ビジネスレベルの英語力（会話・文章）
• 基本的なMicrosoft Officeの利用経験
• 社会人経験1年以上（第2新卒歓迎）

■歓迎条件：

• ネイティブレベルの英語力（会話・文章）
• Zoom／Webinarの運用経験
• 全社会議など規模の大きい会議の運営経験
• 社内表彰制度の企画・運営経験
