Responsibilities

1. ソリューション開発の上流工程全般のリード

• 監査業務およびプロセス、現状課題や既存監査ソリューション製品の理解を深めながら、ビジネス部門と監査業務、プロセスの将来像について議論し、ビジネス要件を技術要件に変換して、開発者へ伝達します。

2. プロジェクト管理業務のサポート

• スケジュール管理、タスク管理、課題管理などプロジェクトマネジャー・プロダクトオーナーのプロジェクト管理業務の一部をサポートすることもあります。

3. ソリューション提案

• 監査の業務課題を理解し、最新技術や監査のビジネス動向を踏まえた上で、開発者やデータサイエンティストと協働してPoCを実施し、ソリューションを提案します。

Requirements

必須条件:

• ビジネス課題の特定、ビジネスニーズ分析、業務ToBe設計、要件定義といったシステム開発のご経験
