Responsibilities

• 財務会計業務（会計上の取扱いの判断や会計論点対応、社内各機能・子会社支援、月次決算業務、開示書類作成等）
• 業務改善及びERP含む会計システムの導入・運用管理
• 社内、各機能のプロジェクト等に参画し、財務経理視点での支援業務

Requirements

必須条件：

• 5年以上の財務会計／管理会計業務の実務経験、または日本／米国等での会計関連資格等

歓迎条件：

• 会計基準変更や会計関連システム変更、社内プロジェクト等について社内外関係者との調整の上で主体的に対応した実務経験があると尚可
• 当社事業への前向きな興味
• 論理的な思考に基づく理解力／表現力／説明ができること
• 全体を俯瞰し、様々な立場の関係者との協働するためのコミュニケーション力
• IFRSや税務の知識、簿記検定や会計関連資格あれば尚可
