Responsibilities

ファイナンス本部 会計管理チームマネージャーとしてご活躍いただける方の募集となります。業務詳細:

• 月次・年次決算、年末調整実務及び取りまとめ
• 会計管理チームマネジメント
• 担当ビジネスラインからの財務経理関連問い合わせ対応
• ファイナンスオペレーション改善推進

Requirements

【必須】

• 月次・年次決算実務を含む経理実務経験 5年以上
• 税務調査・監査対応のご経験
• 日商簿記 2級以上
• SAP またはその他ERP環境の経験
• JGAAP・IFRS の基本的な理解
• ピープルマネジメント経験またはリーダー経験
• ビジネスレベルの日本語力
• 英語に抵抗がない方

• DX化に向けたシステム導入に関わったご経験
• ビジネスレベルの英語力 (目安TOEIC600点以上）
• 会計士試験合格者または USCPA試験合格者
• 日商簿記 1級
