Responsibilities

同グループのR&D部門として、企業としての主要テーマを考慮しつつ、自分の専門性を活かした研究テーマを立案して、機械学習・応用数理・統計等に関する技術開発を進めます。また、主要事業領域である「資源・エネルギー・環境」「社会基盤」「産業システム・汎用機械」「航空・宇宙・防衛」の4分野を始めとする、各現場の課題に対して、数理工学のアプローチから、課題解決に向けた方法や技術を提案いただきます。そのため対象は幅広く、航空エンジンやロケットエンジン、原子力、アンモニアガスタービンなど、同社の幅広い領域において最先端の設計業務・開発を支援する業務となります。1名あたり3～4テーマを持ち、技術開発本部や自身で立案したテーマが7割、事業領域の現場対応が3割程度の想定となります。

Requirements

必須条件:

• Python等のプログラム言語を用いてデータ解析をした経験を有する方
• 機械学習やデータ処理などの経験、統計学の基礎的な知識を有する方 
• 英語力（英文技術資料の内容を理解できる読解力）

歓迎条件:

• CAE（Computer Aided Engineering）の経験・知識を有する方 
• 数理最適化などの数学的手法を使った経験がある方 
• 海外の連携先等と英語でコミュニケーションが取れる方／英語での資料作成ができる方
