We are a manufacturer of material products. We design, manufacture, process, and sell various material products such as fluororesin products and high-performance rubber for a wide range of industries, including industrial equipment, chemicals, machinery, energy, telecommunications, semiconductors, automotive, aerospace, and aviation. Our representative products include sealing products like packings and gaskets. These products, which support the foundation of various industries, contribute to production efficiency, safety assurance, performance enhancement, advanced functionality, energy conservation, and environmental safety.

Responsibilities

• 国内外の営業
  • 国内は出張ベース、海外はオンラインを中心としますが、実際に現地に赴き営業活動を行うこともございます。
• 市場分析、顧客のニーズ開拓
  • アポイントや展示会参加を通じて、ニーズを開拓します。
  • ※アポイントは対面もしくはオンラインで実施いただきます。（比率5：5）
• 新製品開発
  • 製造部門と連携し、顧客のニーズを反映した製品の開発
• 社内生産体制の構築
  • ※マーケティングメインの部隊もあるため、その部門と連携しながら業務を進めていただきます。

Requirements

必須条件：

• 法人営業のご経験をお持ちの方
• ビジネスレベルの英語力をお持ちの方

• プロダクト開発のご経験をお持ちの方
