Responsibilities

業務内容：

• 電動車用コネクタの開発・設計業務
• 顧客要求をまとめ、コンセプト提案、詳細設計、デザインレビュー、試作～量産立ち上げに至る製品評価・検証の実施・
• 国内主要自動車メーカーやTier1/Tier2メーカーへの提案活動および技術協議の実施
• サプライヤーとの技術折衝/指導、交渉、調整、品質改善活動
• 国内外顧客、海外姉妹拠点及び社内関係部門からの依頼に基づく技術支援および指導

Requirements

必須要件：

• 学歴：大学(高専)卒以上
• 専攻：理工系学部（電気/電子/機械など）
• 語学：日本語 - 母国語レベル（ビジネス・技術対話および資料作成が可能なこと）
• 英語 - コミュニケーション取れるぐらい。年数回海外出張あり。
• 現在は初級能力でも、習得意欲があれば歓迎します。
• PCスキル（Microsoft Office Excel等）
• 部品メーカーで機構部品等の製品開発業務に2年以上の実務経験。
• 3D CADの使用経験。
• 基礎的な力学が理解できている方
