- Responsibilities

- グローバルでのESG（環境・社会・ガバナンス)活動の推進・支援及び管理業務
- グローバルでの環境保全活動(再生可能エネルギー導入、水使用量削減、廃棄物排出量削減、リサイクル率向上(廃棄物処分量削減)等)の推進及び管理
- 海外生産拠点におけるISO14001認証取得支援
- そのESHに関する支援活動（下記など）
- 昭和の森技術センターおよび他事業所に対するESH（環境・安全衛生・健康)活動の支援
- 海外生産拠点におけるISO45001認証取得支援
- 海外現地法人におけるESH（環境・安全衛生・健康)活動の支援 など
- Requirements

必須要件
- ESG分野の業務経験３年以上
- ESG分野におけるジェネラルなキャリアを希望する方
- 英語中級レベル（英語によるメール、Web会議、対面でのコミュニケーションが取れること)
- ESGマネジメント
- ISO45001/ ISO14001
- ESHマネジメントに関連する規制
- ESG、ESHまたは専門機能においてプロジェクト推進/諸課題の解決にあたった経験
