Responsibilities

業務内容：

• プロジェクトの立ち上げ
• プロジェクトの管理補佐
• PMO実務（計画策定、進捗管理、課題・リスク管理等）
• スクラムマスターとの連携
• ステークホルダーとの調整、合意形成支援
• プロジェクトのモニタリング、レポーティング支援
• プロジェクトの振り返り実施とナレッジ共有

Requirements

必須要件：

• 事業会社またはSIer等でのプロジェクトマネジメント／PMOの実務経験（3年以上）
• 複数チームや部門をまたぐ横断的なプロジェクト推進経験
• 数千万円〜1億円未満規模のプロジェクトにおけるPM/PMO経験
• ソフトウェア開発やエンジニアリングプロセスへの理解・関心
• グローバル組織・チームでの実務経験
• アジャイル開発
• Jiraを活用した業務経験
