Responsibilities

• 金融サービスのITサービスマネジメントに関する下記業務をお任せいたします。
• 継続的なサービス運用及び品質改善を行うスキームの検討・構築
• 効率的なサービス運用にむけた標準化検討・適用の推進
• サービス運用（変更管理、問題管理、インシデント管理等）
• 金融決済サービスにおける横断的な開発プロセス、ルールの整備と実行支援
• 部門横断的な品質向上に向けたITサービスマネジメント

Requirements

• 大規模なシステム開発もしくはシステム運用のご経験
• 知的好奇心が旺盛で、お客様体験向上やIT関連のスキルや知識習得に、飽くなき探究心を持ち未知の分野へも臆することなくチャレンジしていく積極性を有し、新たな市場を自ら開拓する意欲のある方
