Responsibilities

• 新艇の製品企画ならびに設計開発、プロジェクトマネージメント
• 社内外（海外含む）の連携先との協業をリード
• 次世代環境技術、先進安全技術、リサイクル材料技術の先行開発、船への導入
• デジタル技術を活用した効率的な舟艇開発手法、ツール（例：デジタルツイン）の適用
• 船の船体特性評価、強度計算、電気配線設計、生産等スキルの拡張性

Requirements

必須条件：

• 船舶設計の基礎知識
• 2次元および3次元CADを使用した船舶設計実務経験
• 海外企業と連携したプロジェクトマネジメント経験
• 多くのステークホルダーを巻き込みプロジェクトを推進した経験
• 他産業におけるの製品企画、設計開発経験をお持ちの方で、上記の業務チャレンジしたい方のご応募も歓迎致します。

• プレジャーボートの設計経験
• 舶用機器の設計経験、艤装経験
• 海事産業に関する知識、法体系の理解
• 小型船舶免許
