Responsibilities

同社は、ペットケア業界で高い評価を得ているグローバル企業です。Connected Commerce Media Leadとして、主要な国内マーケットプレイスでのデジタルマーケティング戦略を立案・実行し、ROIの向上と顧客体験の改善に貢献していただきます。主な業務内容:

• マーケットプレイスアカウントセールスマネージャーと協力し、財務目標を達成する
• トラフィック、コンバージョン率、顧客の平均支出額、広告パフォーマンスKPIなどのオンサイトKPIを改善するためにデータを分析し、パフォーマンスを最適化する
• キャンペーン結果や広告パフォーマンスに応じて予算支出を最適化し、無償広告も含む
• ポートフォリオ管理および予測におけるパフォーマンスを継続的に改善するための提案を行う
• 成長と効率を促進するために、クロスファンクショナルなコラボレーションを通じてアカウントの専用製品戦略を設計および実行する
• 販売、マーケティング、外部エージェンシーの間の連絡役として機能し、マーチャンダイジング、デジタルマーケティング、およびデジタルプロモーションのイニシアチブを効果的に実行する
• 週次および月次で上司にパフォーマンス報告を提供する
• ペットケア業界を学び、完全に理解し、顧客体験を向上させる
• デジタルソリューションステークホルダーと協力して、グローバルおよびローカルの報告ツールを迅速に利用する

Requirements

必須条件:

• 3年以上のeコマースおよびマーケットプレイスビジネスの経験
• デジタルコマースフレームワークの理解
• ネイティブレベルの日本語とビジネスレベルの英語力

• 高い自己スタート能力と、複数のプロジェクトを管理する能力
• デジタルソリューションと製品の理解
