Responsibilities

次世代通信技術の発展に寄与する低誘電素材の開発を担当していただきます。既存のお客様に対して新素材を提案し、追加採用を促進する業務を行います。また、新規用途の探索として新しい顧客との接点を作り、収集した顧客の声（VOC）を基に新素材の開発を進めます。開発業務および顧客に対する技術対応の迅速化を図るため、増員採用となります。業務詳細:

• 低誘電素材の開発
• 新素材の提案および追加採用の促進
• 新規顧客との接点作りおよびVOCの収集
• 新素材開発へのフィードバック

Requirements

必須要件:

• 理系のバックグラウンド（樹脂の基礎知識）
• 開発業務の中で、技術者としての顧客対応経験がある方
