Responsibilities

業務内容：

• お客様先(国内主要半導体メーカー)の工場内に出向き、弊社納入の半導体製造装置の立ち上げ、保守業務、トラブルシューティングなどを行います。
• 海外本社など同社の海外の工場からパーツごとに送られてくる装置をお客様の工場内にて3～5名のチームで1～2カ月(1つの装置につき)かけてセッティング(組立て)、基本性能の評価テストを実施し、本稼働までフォローを行います。
• 更に保守業務では定期メンテナンスサポートや装置のトラブル対応を行い、不具合発生時には、あらゆる角度から問題点を検証し、的確なソリューションを提供します。

Requirements

必須要件：

• 製造業におけるサービスエンジニアのご経験、もしくは機械／機器、設備や装置に関するメンテナンス経験
• ※海外本社とやり取りを英語で行っていただくことがありますが、英語の読み書きに抵抗がなければ問題ございません。
