▼Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze Gross Margin performance
• Identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with Financial Shared Services for bookings
• Prepare detailed reports for senior management
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and support audits
• Manage monthly closing, forecasting, reporting, and budgeting

 ▼Ideal Candidate:

• Experienced in finance or accounting, preferably in the semiconductor industry
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Knowledgeable in financial regulations and internal controls
• Able to work effectively within a global team

Requirements

▼Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in cost accounting, financial analysis, or a similar role at a global company
• Experience in monthly closing/budgeting
• Fluent English Skill
• Proven record on Finance and reporting tools (SAP, Power BI, Anaplan, RPA…)

 ▼Nice-to-Haves

• Japanese language skills
• Understanding of basics of IFRS accounting
• Experience in the manufacturing industry and knowledge of Bill Of Material and routing
